Lynn began a real estate career in 1998 working with developers doing urban revitalization in Washington DC and Baltimore, marketing and selling over 200 new homes in 2 years and four communities. After completing her part in these projects Lynn later began her own real estate marketing company dedicated to this work and gained added real estate experience in other markets, traveling as a consultant to Charleston, Dayton, Holyoke, Duluth, Lakeland. In 2013 she shifted her real estate career to work locally in re-sales.   

A longtime resident of 24 years in Annapolis (Eastport) Maryland she knows the obvious and hidden gems of the area to find your dream home and the target marketing to sell it too. Noted for her expertise in marketing and negotiating skills Lynn consistently surprises sellers and buyers with her results.  She delivers quality services that are congruent with the needs and goals of the client and in doing so both buyer, seller and respective agents come together meeting realistic expectations yet realizing financial benefits and objectives with sustainable compromise at both ends.    Her consultative approach to both buying and selling  maintains a high level of customer service and putting everything at ease is her guidepost to success. Lynn’s personal experience as a buyer, seller and Realtor includes first-time, up-size, downsize, new homes, re-sales, investments and second home transactions.

As a Maryland resident for 31 yrs. Annapolis since 1992 Lynn developed a passion for gardens, staging and sustainability inside and out.  With a Master of Arts in healing arts she practices and teaches yoga and meditation.  “Yoga makes me a better real estate agent working in so many situations that benefit from taking a breath.
